Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $100

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address right away.
Please email your new details to info@botanica-USA.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to redirect it using the courier’s tracking link in your confirmation email.

Please double-check your address before checkout — Botanica USA cannot retrieve or redirect orders that have already been delivered.

Q3. My order is delayed or lost — what should I do?

While most orders arrive on time, occasional courier delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact us at info@botanica-USA.com, and we’ll open an investigation with the shipping provider.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and work toward a prompt resolution.

Q4. What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
  • The return must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible unless faulty.
  • A photo of the product must be provided before shipping to verify its condition.

If returning part of a bundle:
When a single item is returned from a discounted bundle, the refund is adjusted to reflect the standard sale price of the remaining products.

Example:
You purchased a Botanica Bundle for $138. You keep one item valued at $84.
Your refund = $138 - $84 = $54.

Q5. I received the wrong or damaged item — what do I do?

If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry.
Email info@botanica-USA.com with your order number and a brief description (photos if applicable), and our support team will quickly resolve the issue.
