Our Return Promise

At Botanica, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • A photo of the item(s) is required before shipping to confirm condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@botanica-USA.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If returning part of a bundle:
The refund will reflect the adjusted price of the items kept.
Example:
You purchased a Botanica Bundle for $138 and returned one product valued at $84.
Your refund = $138 - $84 = $54.

Exchanges

Need an exchange instead of a refund? Email info@botanica-USA.com, and we’ll arrange it promptly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize your replacement or refund immediately.
