Subscription FAQ

Log into your Botanica account and open Address Book in your dashboard. Add or update your address details, then visit My Subscriptions to assign the new address to your active delivery. This ensures your next shipment arrives without interruption to your rhythm.
Log into your account and select Subscriptions, then click Manage Subscription. From there, you can adjust delivery frequency, quantity, upcoming shipment dates, or pause at any time. Your ritual should move with your life.
Updates must be made before your upcoming processing date to apply to the next shipment. Any changes made after processing will apply to your following delivery.
Subscription pricing cannot be combined with additional promotions or limited-time offers. Bundles and already discounted bulk products are not eligible for subscription savings.
