Processing Time
All orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
If your order contains multiple items, some may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Shipping Options & Timeframes

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $75

Address Changes
If your order hasn’t shipped, email info@botanica-USA.com immediately to update your address. Once shipped, redirection may be possible via your courier’s tracking link.
Please ensure all address details are accurate at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, contact info@botanica-USA.com, and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
